Columbia University's new Philip & Cheryl Milstein Family Tennis Center represents the next generation of flood-resilient architecture, redefining how buildings engage with water. Rather than resisting water, the facility is purposefully designed to welcome it. We were responsible for the exterior area facing the river, where we handled the installation of the sea rails, pavers and the granite staircase.
