The 88 Queens

Just half a block from the historic Rufus King Park and Museum, THE 88 is a new rental community situated at the peaceful corner of 153rd Street and 88th Avenue. The building offers a comprehensive indoor and outdoor amenity program, including dedicated areas for residents. We were responsible for the infinity garden nestled outside the lobby and the privacy fences surrounding the building.
